Sustainable productivity for ambitious but overstretched

women, because traditional advice left us out or burnt us out

LET’S BE REAL

Much of the productivity advice was written for people (cough *men*) with minimal caring responsibilities and plenty of uninterrupted time.

You’ve tried all the planners. The hacks. The early alarms.

And still, you’re ending your days exhausted, and wondering how everyone else makes it look easy. That to-do list you scribbled on the back of an envelope while something’s burning on the stove? Yeah, it’s not cutting it anymore.

5 am journaling doesn’t work if you have a kid that wakes up at 4.59, or you accidentally stayed up til 2 am. We have to find a different way.

What if the problem isn’t us, it’s that we’re trying to work like people who are not us?

We need flexible systems that account for the whole load we carry. A way of thinking that holds our ambition and the overwhelm with intention.

We carry an awful lot, the work, the care, the invisible lists running through our heads. But most productivity advice ignores half of that.

It forgets about the unpaid work, and the modern distractions and perfectionism.

It leaves out the huge mental load of holding it all. It forgets that habit stacking doesn’t work if it’s relying on not being interrupted between one action and the next.

Productivity for us isn’t about doing more, we do not want to become toxic productivity capitalistic robots.

We want to find time for what matters, in a way that actually fits our lives. We want to be able to spend time with those we love, and not feel like we’re actually going to lose it when something smalls tips us over the edge.

We usually don’t need more self-discipline.

We need flexible rhythms that make space for the whole picture, the paid work, the unpaid work, the lost time, and everything in between.

That’s where I come in.

I help you lighten what drains you, so you can use your time and energy for what actually matters.

1. Minimise the lost time, overthinking and mental clutter

2. Streamline and share the unpaid work

3. Simplify the paid work that takes too much energy

So you’ve bought into the anti-hustle movement, but you’re still wondering how you’re meant to juggle all these balls?

Let’s imagine…

Let’s dream for a minute, what it would look like if we had rhythms & systems that worked for us…

Your routines flex instead of breaking.

If you don’t manage your perfect morning routine, the day won’t fall apart. Your systems support even when life gets loud.

You end the day proud, not guilty.

You stop measuring your worth by how much you got done, and also start noticing how much you already do.

Your ambition gets to shine.

You start making the impact you want to have with your work. You don’t have to choose.

You get the important things checked off.

Maybe not everything, but the things that matter. And your home environment feels more peaceful because of it.

You’re present for the moments that matter to you.

Without so much mental clutter, you’re more *there* in the moment, when it matters most.

Sounds good right?
“But where to start?” I hear you cry?

 Hey, I’m Amanda

I’m a home educating mum to three, and a business owner. I’ve wanted to be both since I was little.

I’ve been through various iterations of the business thing.

I have a design background, my 1st business started with stationery, for kids and grown-ups, then I went on to branding & design for small businesses. I ran a programme called The Joyful Brand Club, helping people build a business that actually felt good. This time round, my business started the other way round. People would visit and say, “When are you going to start selling all this…” as they gestured around at the systems I’d put in place for my home and life.

Throughout it all, the threads that ran through all my businesses were productivity, organisation, systems, making them feel doable and dare I say it… fun too!

Want to stop feeling scattered, rushed, and behind before the day even begins?

I know you do. Grab Time Buckets – a flexible daily rhythm system designed for real, full lives – especially if you’re juggling work, care, creativity, and a brain that doesn’t always do “linear.”

It helps you start your day well, and get back on track if things get tough. As they do.
